2. The Service
CharacterPersonalityTest provides free online character personality quizzes and related pages for personal entertainment and self reflection. Quizzes match answers to fictional characters from featured worlds. Results are generated in your browser and may be saved on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility and personal use
You may use the Service for your own personal, non commercial purposes. You must comply with these Terms and with applicable law.
You may not use the Service if doing so is unlawful where you live.

- Copy, scrape, or republish quiz frameworks, scoring logic, or large portions of content for another product or site
- Remove notices or pretend the Site is an official franchise product
5. Franchise names and third party marks
Franchise titles, character names, and related marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Mentions are for entertainment and identification only. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners unless we say so clearly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, overload, or disrupt the Site or its hosting
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Upload or introduce malware or harmful code
- Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools to harvest the Service beyond normal browsing
- Use results as clinical, medical, legal, or employment decisions

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that quiz results will be accurate or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CharacterPersonalityTest AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE, THAT AMOUNT WILL OFTEN BE USD $100 AS A MAXIMUM CAP WHERE SUCH A CAP IS ALLOWED.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law in your place of residence requires otherwise for consumer protections you cannot waive.
Courts in Wardha, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non waivable rights you may have where you live.
14. General
If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the full agreement between you and us about the Service. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
